MFEV Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the MFEV Blockchain Platform (the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.mfev.io (the “Site”) and any services provided by MFEV Blockchain Platform (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • User: Any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Platform.
  • Services:Any services provided by MFEV, including but not limited to the use of the website, wallet services, cryptocurrency transactions, staking, and related blockchain services.
  • Cryptocurrency: Any digital currency, token, or asset that is transacted or stored on the MFEV Blockchain Platform.
  • Content: Any text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials posted, generated, provided, or otherwise made available through the Platform.
  • KYC: Know Your Customer, a verification process to authenticate a User’s identity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that entity.

3. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this Agreement at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

4. Registration and Account Security

To use certain Services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

  • Full name, email address, and contact details
  • Cryptocurrency wallet addresses
  • Payment information
  • Verification data as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process

You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Maintain and update your information to ensure it remains accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any suspicious activity or breaches of security.

5. Services and Use of the Platform

The Platform offers various blockchain-related services, including:

  • Cryptocurrency transactions (buying, selling, transferring)
  • Wallet services for the storage of digital assets
  • Staking services for earning rewards

Users acknowledge that:

  • The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile, and transactions are subject to market risks.
  • MFEV is not responsible for any loss of digital assets due to User actions, third-party breaches, or market conditions.

6. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or any fraudulent activity.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
  • Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access the Platform.
  • Post any misleading, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content on the Platform.

Any violation of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Cryptocurrency Transactions

When using the Platform to engage in cryptocurrency transactions, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All transactions are final and irreversible once completed.
  • Transaction fees may apply, including blockchain network fees or processing fees charged by MFEV.
  • The Platform cannot control or guarantee the timing of transaction confirmations on blockchain networks.

8. Staking and Rewards

MFEV may offer staking services where Users can lock their cryptocurrency holdings for a period of time to earn rewards. By participating in staking, Users acknowledge that:

  • Staking rewards are subject to network conditions and may fluctuate.
  • Early withdrawal from staking may result in penalties or loss of rewards.
  • MFEV is not liable for any staking losses due to network issues or market conditions.

9. KYC and AML Compliance

As part of our commitment to comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, we may require Users to undergo identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the KYC process and acknowledge that:

  • MFEV may share KYC data with third-party verification providers or regulatory authorities, where required by law.
  • Failure to complete KYC may result in limited access to the Platform or suspension of your account.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should review to understand how we handle your information.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, logos, and any content provided on the Platform, are the property of MFEV or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for personal and lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
  • Use any of MFEV's intellectual property for commercial purposes without our consent.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • No Warranties: The Platform and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
    • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.
    • That the Platform will be available uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFEV, its affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, digital assets, or data, arising out of your use of the Platform.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, or regulatory changes.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MFEV, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your:

  • Violation of this Agreement.
  • Misuse of the Platform.
  • Breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for any breach of this Agreement or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform and remove any content obtained from it.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and MFEV regarding your use of the Platform.
  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
